HELLO I'M FEDERICO CARONTE
FOUNDER OF FC INDIVIDUAL TRAINING.
After playing professionally (Turin and Udinese) I began my journey as an individual technique coach and as a Personal Trainer. I played in USL2 in America, winning the championship in Florida, and I also got a degree in American Sports Management.
On November 14, 2022 I graduated in Sports Science. I hold the UEFA C license to be able to coach the youth sector throughout Europe.
